Administrative Officer
Biography

With extensive experience in administrative roles within academic and medical institutions, I have been serving as an Administrative Officer at Dubai Medical University – College of Pharmacy since 2008. Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in student services, alumni affairs, faculty support, and academic operations.

In my role as Admission Officer for the College of Nursing, I guide newly admitted students through the onboarding process by addressing inquiries, ensuring timely submission of documents, and coordinating communication between students and the admissions team. I also provide essential information on college policies, timelines, and academic requirements while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

As part of Alumni Affairs for MPharm and BPharm programs, I manage certificate verifications, liaise with Data Flow Group, handle alumni document requests, and prepare graduation and clearance materials. I maintain updated alumni databases for educational and immigration needs, support golden residency procedures, and assist with annual surveys and ministry reports.

In addition, I handle Faculty Affairs, where I oversee the maintenance of faculty and staff files, process visa and health insurance documentation, and prepare official letters such as salary certificates and statements.

Prior to this, I worked as an Administrative Secretary at Dubai Specialized Medical Center & Medical Research Labs (2002–2006), where I managed correspondence, coordinated staff schedules and internal meetings, maintained attendance and inventory records, and supported various documentation tasks.

I hold a Higher Secondary School Certificate (2004) and have completed certifications in MS Office (2002) and ICDL, equipping me with strong digital and administrative skills to support operations effectively.
